Always I seem to have a problem with naming my paintings. I stand before them when they are done

and I am sure I must have the most puzzled look. What should I call it? With each one special and deserving of a good name sometimes I am sure I fall short. But when you have named almost 2,000 paintings they all seem to run together. Anyway that is my dilemma.

I have been painting larger lately. This one is a 20x16 oil on gallery wrapped canvas.

I the famous gentlemen frog who is draped here across this silly bowl am trying to figure out how 

I got myself into this precarious situation. I am a ceramic frog. The kind that hangs out on flower pots. I have been there pretty much since I can remember then today she picked me up and placed me here across this bowl. I don't like it as much. There are no pretty green flowers to hide in. Why Am I Here....I just want to go back home. 

I love this frog. I have had him for several years and I bought that clear glass bottle at an antique mall a few months ago. Lovely together right? Just like they were made for each other.

This is number three in fact of my effort to paint a study of the one for my own larger

painting. I just can't decide what I want. I guess I will know when I see it. I have seen several paintings of gifts by artist and for some reason I love them. Carol Marine, Carolyn McDonald, and  have painted some outstanding works. I am humbled by there's yet I trudge on.

These flowers just caught my eye so to speak. I just had to paint them.

Also there is just something about jars that captivate me. I look loser and do what I do...

These are named Yellow Fellows just because I could not think of anything else after two full

days with my grandchildren I am a little frazzled.
