This is painted on a 12x24 gallery wrapped canvas. I really have a difficult time photographing

larger paintings. I don't know if it is because I am so familiar with taking pictures of small works or what. this is so much darker than it actually is. Any suggestions for photos would be appreciated. It seems that they are either too dark or end up with a glare. A little water in a glass offers a fresh drink for this little flower. This painting was very nice until

I did the unthinkable...I dripped it face down in my lap. Yep wet and juicy globs of paint smeared across my

leg but it really is amazing how a image can be maintained even after a critical fall.

A green clipping of leaves just sitting in a jar of water trying to live in unusual circumstances. Plants

are not meant to grow in water they need dirt. But sometimes life takes us against the usual scheme of things  in order to survive. Just like life I say. This vine does already have roots. Soon it will meet its destiny

of a pot filled with dirt where it will be very happy.

One lone flower makes a statement because of its bold flavorful

color. I saw this little flower sitting in one of those clear plastic cups unnoticed

by the other people there. I thought it deserved attention.
