Again I felt compelled to paint the chick I got for Christmas. It just kinda screams paint me. 

I looked around my studio and saw a beautiful red apple. One my daughter brought me a couple of weeks ago.I got the knife and cut it up wanting to capture the fleshy part and seeds but to my surprise it was all brown inside so I did what any artist would do I changed it. I am a crab and yes unlike the fish from yesterday I have met my demise.

Someone saw me and thought I would be tasty. I hope I met their expectations.

I guess I don't mind so bad as I was getting arthritis and was in a lot of 

pain so I guess when you look at it that way they kinda got me out of my misery.

I wonder if like dogs do All Crabs Go To Heaven?

I sit the finished painting in front of me then I ponder. 

I ask my granddaughter to help with this one, the names she chose was blueberry,

 then shortened to Blue, then Duke, then finally Dandy.
