Beauty abounds.....

What a difference 2 days can make!  I feel.... wonderful...happy...energetic....inspired.....uplifted.....enthusiastic!

My day begins with a two mile hike up into the mountains and then into a great yoga session.

And that's just the beginning.  Time for lectures on interesting subjects, great meals, a meditation class.....and so much more that I don't have time to take advantage of.

The weather is perfect and I'm in heaven!!

The women of Rancho la Puerta

My return to the ranch

After a bus ride and a flight and another bus ride.....I am here.

I have stepped into a space of inspiration...my favorite space to be!

Everything here lifts me up...the beautiful stained glass doors ....

the sky....and the rock wall that is place by a winding path, with a new saying each day.

It's hot, but there is a wind, and with the clouds in the sky it feels a bit like a storm is brewing.

Nature is strong and pure here.

Rancho la Puerta

I'm off to Rancho la Puerta, a health ranch in Tecate, Mexico, early tomorrow morning.  I have been there once before, a couple of years ago and I remember that I loved it so much.  A week to myself...a week of eating healthy...walking...doing yoga daily.....ah...Heaven!   I'm going to bring my computer so I hope to post photos as I know I will want to share the beauty there.

This is what one writer who came to the ranch had to say about it:

I vaguely remember feeling exactly that way, when I was there last time....and now I am so far from it.  I'm tired, sluggish, no energy, addicted to sugar, puffy, and all in all very ready for the inspiration that this place offers.
