It always amazes me when I think of what to paint. Sometimes I want to paint vegetables and still life. Other times it is a little puppy like this that becomes the subject of the day. This brought me such happiness in the process. Such a cute little pup found on wet canvas reference gallery. They really do have nice photos to paint from. All I Need Is Love

I used to live in a culvert by the side of the road. I was dirty and shaggy with matted hair

and a cold nose. I went hungry a lot and shivered in the rain but then one day I was

lucky enough to be spotted by animal control. I was very afraid when they caught me but soon

realized that not all people are bad. They bathed me and gave me food they brushed my hair

and made sure that I was warm. I remember when I thought I was alone in the world and I could

handle it all but that was long ago before I realized that All I Need Is Love.

This little diva was painted for a friend. Her family consist of my friend and

 this loyal pooch. Sometimes she is naughty and sometimes she is nice.

I can already smell it and almost taste its richness but then I see those eyes and I can
