These three chicks are gathered just waiting for a morsel of food.

What you can't see is many other chicks gathered around them.

You can't see them because I cropped them out.

I don't know what is so appealing to me about painting things

that seems a little strange. I saw this photo of a little chick

and just had to paint in. In the photo this chick was not fluffy and yellow but

still a little dark and wet. I loved it. Hope you do to.
