This is Taser XREP Wireless Round -- a self-contained shotgun shell that delivers 500 volts of electricity, which is more than enough to knock you off your feet. It weighs 25 grams, fires out at 270 ft. per second, and has a range of 100 ft.
The XREP is for law enforcement only, but I suspect the Chinese will be making bootleg versions within a year or two.
